We are very excited to have the following people share their passion for food at We Love Life 2017!
They will have so much to share with you, from their personal story to healthy eating, recipes you can recreate at home and of course some mouth-watering samples for you to try.
Yoko is the founder of organic raw food and living food cafe, Shokuiku. The desire to feed her new born daughter and herself healing natural food lead Yoko to discover the importance of the relationship between good health, diet, mind and lifestyle choices. Yoko studied the Macrobiotic lifestyle at the Kushi Institute in Japan, this inspired her to train as a holistic nutritionist which then opened up the world of raw and living foods.
Come along for this free raw food demonstration at 12.15pm and Yoko will take your taste buds to heaven, she will show you how to create a healthy raw dessert.
The internet especially social media such as Instagram are great ways to inspire others to see the importance of eating healthy + to really value who you are and love yourself & both Grace @thehappycleanvegan & Evelyn @nourishnotpunish do an amazing job at promoting self love and helping others eat cleaner with online recipes books and almost daily food inspiration!
These incredible beautiful souls will show you just how tasty and nourishing clean plant-based eating is!
1.15pm is when you should come along and watch + taste their creations! They will be making a exciting egg-free scramble and peanut butter bliss balls (both recipes are gluten-free)
Zac is a home cook who loves to create food that is fatty, indulgent and all the things people think vegan food shouldn’t be. Zac started an Instagram account in order to be surrounded with more cruelty free food on a regular basis and fell in love with engaging with the community and creating things to share.
Since then, Zac has operated a pop up ice-cream shop, worked with brands to introduce their vegan products, given food demonstrations and had recipes shared around the world. Zac loves anything deep fried and gluttonous and is happiest with a glass of wine in hand, funky music playing and spending time tinkering away in the kitchen. You can find Zac anywhere delicious vegan food is served or being talked about. Zac dreams of spending the days cooking and sharing food with the world and embrace any opportunity to do so.

Missy has a passion and creativity for making healthy and delicious food! She shares recipes on her blog – check it out for some plant-based food inspiration. Missy will be creating some magic in the kitchen at We Love Life Festival 2017, she will be showing you how easy it is to make delicious sweet dessert that is sugar & gluten-free.
